1. Tool Use and Safety Disclaimer

Garage door repair is by its nature a dangerous business. USA Door Tech sells professional-grade hand tools and accessories intended for use by trained garage door service technicians. Improper use of our products may result in personal injury, property damage, or death. USA Door Tech is not liable for any injuries, deaths, or damages resulting from improper use or handling of our products.

2. Eligibility, Prohibited Conduct, and Intellectual Property

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site or our products. In addition, you agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, upload or transmit harmful code, nor infringe upon our intellectual property rights.

Intellectual property rights include but are not limited to all content on the Site, (including text, graphics, logos, product images, code), trademarked product names or designs, trademarked phrases or symbols, product patents, and other copyright protected content (user manuals, technical instructions, etc).

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

3. Payment Information

Payment is due at the time the order is placed. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when ordering. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable state and local sales taxes will be added to your order where required by law.

4. Products and Orders

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including customer history, product availability, errors in product description, pricing error, or suspected fraud. Any cancellations or modifications by the customer must be requested prior to shipment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within [1–2 business days]. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, unanticipated sales volume, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost shipments, or damage once the package is handed to the carrier.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USA Door Tech LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our site or products.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless USA Door Tech LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the site or products, your breach of these Terms, and/or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

7. Warranties

All products are provided with a 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee. In addition, all products have a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty that covers repairs or replacements for defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the end-user's original purchase date, under normal use conditions.

8. Privacy Policy

We don't give or sell your information to anyone unless they are providing a service necessary for the completion of transactions (like UPS, PayPal, etc.). Even then we give the minimum amount of information to protect your privacy. We may send you an occasional text or email, if you want us to stop, please unsubscribe.

9. Third-Party Tools and Websites

We may provide access to third-party tools and websites over which we neither monitor nor have control. We provide this access without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We accept no liability arising from or relating to the use of third-party tools or their websites. Any use of third-party tools offered for sale through this site is entirely at your own risk and buyers should ensure that they are familiar with and approve of the relevant third-party tool provider's terms.

That said, if a customer contacts us with a complaint about a third-party tool or provider, USA Door Tech reserves the right to investigate claims, remove our endorsement of third-party tools and providers, or take any other responsive ethical and/or legal action.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the site or products shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona (and the United States of America), without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Arizona courts located in Pima County, Arizona.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and indicated by an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the site or products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
